That An-124 aircraft is operated by Volga-Dnepr Airlines based in Russia specialising in transporting heavy and oversize cargos. This aircraft is also used for transporting heavy equipment by Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Rolls-Royce and Airbus but they have their separate liveries. It has come from russia for sure because its volga dnepr airlines aircraft! probably for transporting something!
