Why is China behaving like a bully?

This is not the behavior of a civilized nation, no matter how old its much vaunted civilization is. Its method in dealing with its neighbors is simply barbaric. :hitwall:

Because today China is still a developing country, she will be a polite lady when become a developed country like the Europe, U.S, other developed West country(After a century of overseas colonial, slavery slaves, aborigines killing),also competiton relationship between China and other Asia-countries.

What fillipinos want is to become the 51th state of USA, however, what USA want is just a military base, that's the problem.
That really depends on the people of Guam if they want to rejoin the Philippines its different situation altogether
 
Will they fight or when will they fight ? Vietnam will stand by you Philippine at least by media and then more ( who knows ) because we have the same gready neighbor.

MANILA -- Earlier this year, the Philippines and China teetered on the brink of direct military confrontation over the Scarborough Shoal in the South China Sea, precipitating a series of high-stakes diplomatic exchanges that prevented open conflict but left the underlying dispute unresolved.

Although the episode jolted the Filipino leadership into recognizing the perils of armed brinkmanship with China, Manila’s subsequent diplomatic approach to the conflict has achieved little. After almost seven months of intensive diplomatic engagement with China and the states of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), regional maritime tensions are still on the rise. Now, facing a potentially more assertive China under a new leadership, and in the absence of an effective regional approach to the ongoing territorial disputes, the Philippines seems to be running out of diplomatic options. ...
