Last time i checked Europe faced an economic crisis.....
Countries like Greece, Spain all face serious financial difficulties....
Government didn't even had cash to handle their day to day expenses....
And China refused to bail out....
And still Nothing seems to be happening there...
Did some one bailout these cash deprived countries??
and how was this crisis averted?
Can some one explain the whole situation?

There was quasi quantitive easing that was made by European central bank through direct bond purchasing. Junk bonds were transferred to ECB. That solved the problem temporarily.

But to avoid further crisises, euro countries should cut the expenditures, thus closing the gap between public expenditures and public income. Even in that, they have to service a huge debt. Public debt per GDP ratio in europe is the highest in world standarts. IMO, this debt would start to be defaulted in middle term to long term.

That was one of the problem. The others are high unemployment, aging population thus social security deficits, rising energy prices and inflation, high military expenditures etc...

you cannot compare Greece and Spain: there very very different situations.

Greece is a disaster ! when they entered Europe they accepted the rules
but they were cheating Europe about their economy and people of Greece were so much used to not pay the taxes and cheat the government.
Now they pay a big price for the past decades !

Spain Italia and many countries have a strong program to decrease the cost of debt

Soo the crisis is still not over....?
The best part yet to come????
What happens if euro crisis worsens?
If actually some countries go bankrupt?
What will happen to the rest of the world?
Especially countries which are export driven economies like china....?
And India tooo?
Well someone has to bailout ..isnt it?
well china said no thanks....now who will be the savior?

Manuz, I have a simple explanation.

Europeans used to live in higher standards. Why?
They used to exploit other countries. Then decolonization started.
Then they used to produce industrial goods and sell to other countries. Then offshoring of the industrial base began.
Then they used to live on debt, and now there comes the question. Will they repay?
