Looks like a Perry in the second pic, @Zarvan - probably in for maintenance.

This picture of PNS Alamgir matches perfectly to the mystery ship in your second screen cap.

The first picture appears to show a Tariq Class Frigate - also in for maintenance.

In the first pic you can make out some defining features such as the elevated deck where the Harpoon launchers are, the smoke stack and the Phalanx mount.

Neither ship seems to be under construction, rather they look to be in for maintenance, as both are second hand ships - one a Perry, the other a Type 21 - and both feature some key distinctive features that identify them as both a Perry Class Frigate and a Type 21 Frigate (classified as a destroyer by the PN).

The docks are different and second photo looks like Alamgir on the other hand the first view is of different dock and ship. First view resembles Tariq class frigate but not sure of the dock.

The first one is PNS-Hindushikan and the second one is PNS-Baniasbane. Both are being fitted with FN-Scar based Gattling and Rail-gun hybrids capable of firing 500 300-mm projectiles per second with a muzzle velocity of 90000 m/s. Additionally, they will be fitted with 4 turboshafts and each one of them capable of generating 200K KW output. Pakistan Navy is also looking to equipping them with rocket boosters so that they can be propelled into our airspace and take out entire Indian cities with single shots from their magnificent guns.

@Zarvan

Stop watching Bollywood films. Bad influence

In dock here is a former UK Type 21 frigate (Tariq class). It may be in dock for maintenance.

In the bottom dock there is an ex-USN Perry class (FFG7) frigate (PNS Alamgir). It may be in dock for maintenance. In top dock, is the new fleet tanker by STM (Turkey) and KSEW(Pakistan) that was launched 19 August 2016. See http://www.karachishipyard.com.pk/ongoing-projects/ and http://www.karachishipyard.com.pk/a...-tons-fleet-tanker-for-pakistan-navy-at-ksew/
The ship in the middle dock appears to be a dredger, possibly for PN, similar to TSHD Abul, a trailing suction hopper dredger.
