What Good Are the Indian Navy's Aircraft Carriers Against Pakistan?

Bruv, silly fantasy world you live in, Barak 8 or whatever, have you seen any practical war scenarios where they have successfully intercepted 50 odd missiles down?

I am not sure what you said Barak 8 can take down both subsonic and supersonic missiles!, my search doesnot confirm, neither seen any evidence, nor any video proof yet.

Any evidence to show that "CBG EL/M 2248 AESA radars can track 200+", ?
Well dude, have you ever heard someone fire 50 CM's to take down a single carrier
How absurd is that.
At best 4-5 and Barak 8 can handle that very well.

INS Vikramaditya costed $2.35 billion

Babur N Missile cost $3m -$3.5 million/missile

With almost hundreds of personnel and aircraft on the aircraft carrier!
What is the biggest loss?

Its not about the costs!
It' about the capability to do that. You talked about real war scenarios and you are the one who are making contradictory statements on the same!!
I ask you again have you ever heard someone fire 50 CM's to take out any naval asset?
If you think about it logically you need to get a lot of assets( each PN vessel carriers 8 CM's so thats about 7) in range to fire these missiles. Also you need to guide them too.
No one is getting away without getting noticed before that launch is made in the first place with such a large number of vessels.

Also a carrier never sails alone it is protected by air and sea assets. The carriers air component also needs to be factored in.

What a stupid article!

Of course, two carriers that can carry up to 50 strike aircraft would be a threat to Pakistan.
Factor in the escorts with their assortment of medium and long-range SAMs, and this will be one strong force.
At the very least, India can deploy the carriers to the SW of Pakistan and that would force Pakistan to keep many squadrons of fighter aircraft to defend against them.
BUT we all know that Pakistan would have the support of PLAN and the Chinese planned 100,000 tonne CVNs would totally outclass the IN carriers.
India is just wasting resources building carriers, as soon the PLAN would join the USN in ruling the world's oceans.
