Yes, upper caste BJP government killed many birds with one stone, took revenge on farmers for farmer protests(mostly farmer's children join army on non-commissioned posts), RSS will get lots of army trained desensitized youth as mercenaries, money saved from army pensions BJP will invest in private companies owned by upper castes, as government jobs get reduced more OBC SC ST will be depended on upper castes economically(cheaper labour and less assertion),
