Vietnamese man buys entire U.S. town

We call China and Viet Nam 'communist' out of the convenience of how these governments DEMANDED the rest of us to regard them, as the 'Chinese Communist Party'. But when you must deal with them as individuals, look at each person as a walking example of hypocrisy if he espouses Marxist beliefs but lives otherwise. The Vietnamese man who bought this town is no communist. From my experience, 99.999% of Vietnamese -- in Viet Nam -- are not communists. The .001% is leftover from the war and pretty much party hacks.
Well, I doubt most of party members of CCP are communist. And is Chinese Socialism still socialism? I doubt it.
Just a name. Like democrats. Dosen't mean you have democracy in US. Wall St. instead of white house still owns you.

If China is a Communist state in name only so is the US a Democracy. Voters in US do not have a choice to vote because both Democrats and Republicans are operating in the same line and are slaves of the lobbyists and their paymasters. What a flock up world.

On topic. The 2 communist men that bought the town, low and behold, so do the liabilities that comes with it. Their troubles ain't here yet, bro.

Then you have a very shallow understanding of what is 'democracy'. But that is understandable for someone who is a willing 'sheeple'.

The GDP per capita of Vietnam is 1000 USD.

This man has enough money to be worth 900 years of Vietnamese labor, or, in other words, to own the lifetime working earnings of 30 Vietnamese.

900,000 US$ is price of piece small land in Hanoi and HCM. It's no big deal.
with that money you can buy a piece of small land around zoon 3 or zoon 4 London, so you are saying Hanoi is as expensive as London's zoon 3 and 4? god considering their income is over 30 times than vietnam```can imagine the inflation you lot have

So the average number of years to buy a house in Vietnam is 900 years?

That's true. That is happening in Hanoi, damn.

How is it happening? Who are the ones manipulating property values?

This is a warning to Chinese as well. There are always enemies of the Party, the People and the State, both foreign and domestic, who would like to see our nations destabilized, weakened and enslaved for their good of their race within a race.

Businessmen, and civilians ..., they are not communist.

In center of Hanoi, with 900,000 US$ we can buy only piece land 2mX1m.
In Vietnam, peoples are dealing on housing transaction payment shall be made with US$ or Gold. Inflation don't effect so much.

You must have meant 200m by 100m. Damn that,s very expensive.

With so many counties and small municipalities in the US going bankrupt or on the verge of, these two businessmen will find out what's all about after the title search.

In many small town in mid America young people leave as soon as they come of age, so are the school closings in many of them. If you take a drive in these huge beautiful lands you can find many ghost towns. What a waste, China can sure use some of those arable lands. America can use more immigrants too.

If I have it, I'm will be billionar VND in Vietnam. my home is 3 floors small building built on land area with 6m X 15 m = 90 m2 land, 6 km far away from center of Hanoi. My neighbor is ready to pay to me 30 bill VND (equivalent 1,4 mill US$) to my concern.
