USA teacher forced girl, 14, to urinate in bucket in front of classmates after refusing to let her go to toilet

A high school student claims her art teacher refused to give her a hall pass and forced her to urinate in a bucket in class instead.

The 14-year-old girl, who has filed a lawsuit, says teacher Gonja Wolf's actions left her feeling 'disgraced and humiliated'.

The student claims that after the incident she was teased so much that she no longer feels safe at the school in San Diego, California.

The girl said she was unable to wait any longer and complied with Wolf’s instructions, reports the LA Times.
The claim, filed last week, seeks more than $25,000 in damages and payment for psychological and medical treatment for the girl.
It also requests for the district to pay for the freshman to attend private school for the rest of her high school years.
