Generally Americans in the mid west of the US tend to be Bible bashers. They're not better than any radical Imam or Taliban, in my opinion. They hold the same narrow minded views. That's an awful lot of Americans by the way. You are pretty dim or naive. You've never been to the mid west of the US. Yes, they do shout messages of jihad actually. Michael Evans is one example.

Generally, you'll find narrow minded ideas in the mid west. About as narrow minded as radical strains of Islam in fact, or Hinduism.
