The joint venture "Oshkosh Armour Industry" will be located in Riyadh, with a Saudi-majority ownership to contribute to the Kingdom's economy.

John Bryant, President of Oshkosh Defense and Vice President of Oshkosh Defense Corporation, said: “Oshkosh Defense and the armor industry have worked closely and more than two years ago to establish this joint venture, by transferring their technology and capabilities. We are very excited about Cooperation with this Saudi company with a long history and at a time when the Kingdom is witnessing its great historical moments, as this new project will help support the goals of Vision 2030 by creating jobs and localizing defense spending and contributing to one of the strongest and most diversified economies. "
