US doesn't care about Vietnam: Top 7 reasons

We clarify all those L-I-E-S by viet who has a long history of keep L-Y-ing, if without posts here, this world will really believe their faking stories.
for example, that San-Francisco conference story, these viet guys copied again and again to support Viet-never-legal claim over SCS. how about the conference, south Vietnam who has been defeated by north Vietnam made the claim, and both ROC and PRC did not attend the conference. From this example, Viet guys in this forum have taken all the others in this forum as fool, history-moron.
Actually it's China who care Vietnam at most, at least the Chinese poster here

For the viet kids it's a pity that you don't know how your country begged for China's help...
you forget to mention our help to you, when we received waves after waves of chinese refugees, hundred thousands if not millions of chinese seeking for foods and shelter in vietnam? what about our military assistance to you when you fought against the northern barbarians during the ming dynasty?

all forgotten, I guess :hitwall:

According to public materials, in recent years, Viet received a few patrol ships from Japan, but Fino, received battleships from US!
this proves two things, first Viet is more cheap than Fino, second, nobody believe Viet still has balls to fight since 1988.
Lately, every country that US is involved in has gone downhill. Examples are Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Syria, Ukraine.

A cheap prostitute still gets paid. Hopefully, that's the case for Vietnam.

To get some benefit, or think she will get some perceive benefit. lol.

If you are of no more use to US, they will dump you as quick as they can. They tried to get out of Afghanistan and Iraq as quick as they can. Even though, they invaded them and caused undue damage and suffering. They double-crossed Saddam Hussein, Muammar Ghadaffi, Manuel Noriega, when they are not useful anymore.

So far, what I have seen from US is a lot of talk about the South China Sea but very little action. I won't be surprise if US is MIA in SCS too.
.

Who the hell belive that viet is the winner of 1962??? no body care this small country.

think the rest world beyond vietnam especially in China is just like what you experience in vietnam? no, you need to see a psycho medic
no, we just defend our country against dirty invaders, such as dirty china. we don´t fake history. the world laughs at your fake 9-fcking-dash, claiming our sea as yours. do you know what the elder told me when I was young?

chinese are evil people, hungry for food, wearing dirty clothing, uneducated, mostly desperate when invading vietnam :disagree:

Vietnam formidable army only existed in one place, myth.

Not just in myth, but Vietnam had a powerful army when they were backed by a superpower and a major power.

not myth, but reality, my friend. unlike you loser, our army has a glorious history. with victories over enemy armies that were bigger and larger and mightier than ours. we still remember of the trung sister revolt 2,000 years against the han rule. the sisters spanked you badly.

the problem is your bullying mentality. I suggest you seek some medical and mental help.

Yes, I remember the super high flying kung fu fighting Trung sisters. One sister took on 1000 soldiers. Yes, it's in your history book.

1. There's still not North and South Vietnam at the time you refer. That's state of Vietnam.
Remember until 1954, Viet Minh still struggle to fight with French in Dien Bien Phu.

Bcz we control their crucial ship lane in SCS(east sea), so they worry that once day we will sink all of their merchant ship passing by.

It just like we put our hand on their neck, but we dont strangle it yet, and of course they cant sleep as long as our hands still around their neck :pop:

The PLA can drive into Vietnam as easily as Saddam drove into Kuwait. China already did it in 1979. The major difference this time is that there is no more Soviet Union to protect you. China had 1.5 million troops stationed along the Soviet-Chinese border during the Sino-Vietnamese War. No need for that during the next invasion.:pop:

All in your dream only.

Good boy, I should give you A for your history class.
just make a simple enough reference to let the world know which viet gov. was in San-Francisco conference.
south or north vietnam never being official names, everybody know. do you want to claim that the representative from Ho Chi Min gov. in the conference that both China were absent?

hi, boy, we are talking about dead or alive about two viet govt., but not only winning or defeating.

US doesn't care about Vietnam: Top 7 reasons

1. Vietnam is a communist country. The US has NEVER signed a defense treaty with a communist nation.

2. In 1974, South Vietnam was a US ally. The United States did nothing as China took over the Paracel Islands in 1974.

3. The United States has proclaimed forty years of neutrality in the South China Sea. In the latest incidents, the United States publicly proclaimed neutrality in June and December of 2014.

4. The United States is downsizing the Army to 450,000 troops. The United States will match the post-World War II low in Army strength. The United States does not plan to fight a war.

It is impossible to fight against China's 2.2-million PLA Army with only 450,000 troops.

"Army Veterans Recall Layoffs from Previous Eras

After rising to 570,000 soldiers in 2008 during the war in Iraq, the Army has less than 520,000 soldiers today and is on pace to shrink to 490,000 soldiers by next year. It's bracing for even further reductions driven by automatic budget cuts known as sequestration.

The Pentagon's proposed budget for 2015 calls for the service's end-strength to decrease to 440,000-450,000 soldiers by 2017. If sequestration remains in effect, the number may fall to as low as 420,000 soldiers -- tens of thousands less than the figure the Army's top officer, Gen. Raymond Odierno, said is needed to respond adequately to conflicts around the world."

5. The Pentagon insists on protecting its ties with China.

Amid reports the Pentagon has paused efforts to expand defense ties with China until the two nations can agree on rules for airborne encounters between their warplanes, Gen. Vincent Brooks, chief of US Army Pacific (USARPAC), said he received no instructions to reduce his engagements with the People's Liberation Army.
...
The US Army will continue to receive Chinese official visits at US Army Pacific headquarters, plan events with the Chinese and maintain ties under the 'sufficient latitude' that policy guidelines provide, Brooks said. The command, for example, is in talks to hold exchanges between mid-career officials from the two nations.

'We don't want to have transactional engagements with one another, where we only come together when we need something," Brooks said. "We need to have more substantial relationships that can be built over time.'"

6. US gave Vietnam a paltry $28 million in military aid for 2014. $18 million for five patrol boats and $10 million for demining operations. In contrast, Israel received $3.4 BILLION.

7. China is a very important market to the United States. US carmakers sold 4.6 million cars in China (GM: 3.5 million; Ford: 1.1 million). In contrast, US carmakers sold only 19,000 cars in Vietnam last year.

SHANGHAI (Reuters) -- Ford Motor Co. and General Motors posted double-digit sales gains in China last year, the automakers reported this week.

Ford and its Chinese joint ventures sold 1.11 million vehicles, up 19 percent from the previous year, Ford said today.

Meanwhile, GM and its Chinese partners sold a record 3,539,970 vehicles in China in 2014, up 12 percent from the previous year, the U.S. automaker said on Tuesday."

"Thaco was the market leader with the number of cars sold hitting 42,339 vehicles in 2014, followed by Toyota (40,820), Ford (13,988), Honda (6,492), and Vietnam GM (5,134)."

The US doesn't care, so why do the chinese care about US-VN ties?

My hope is not to see the Vietnam start hosting US military. That whorish level is beyond comprehension. As far as what they can get out of the US is good for them.
