Last night it was 230 and now 252. The poor will get poorer and the elites will as usual get richer.

They are increasing the chaos by the CAP/NOCAP oscillation. If confusion prevails, it should touch 300 in a few days. What we may be seeing is Capital Flight rather than import pressure. Every time they loosen the spigot to help importers, some latent Capital flight will occur due to loss of confidence.
