QUETTA: At least two soldiers were killed when a bomb exploded targeting a convoy of the security forces in Mastung district of Balochistan on Monday.

Source said a roadside remote controlled bomb exploded targeting a convoy of the security forces in Mastung area, some 30 kilometres south of Quetta, killing two soldiers and wounding two others.

A vehicle was also destroyed in the blast.

The security forces rushed to the blast site and started investigation into the blast.

Most probably BLA as Mastung is a BLA stronghold.

It could be taliban as attacked has occured just 30 km away from Quetta. The remote controlled bomb blasts on road are usually employed by TTP.

Baloch militants usually focus on blowing gas pipe lines or killing settlers.
