Çakır-K(land) and Atmaca-K(land) GLCMs are systems directly suitable for the A2AD concept at medium range (80-300km). For example, when the system architectures are examined, the swarm attack capabilities of the ÇAKIR missile, the EW payload variants, and even the RF decoy variants draw attention. Another remarkable detail, IIR/RF dual seeker approach is very important in coastal-based cruise missiles. The IIR is specifically about the Islands Sea.

Apart from the developments in the GLCM field, the major developments continue in the Coastal Radar System projects. Low Altitude AESA Radar with National Mod5/S IFF, which will be delivered this year, is a very, very strategic step. It is S-Band and GaN based radar which its tracking capacity >1000. It will provide a significant advantage in engagement against helicopters, UAVs, stealth aircraft and anti-radiation missiles. As for the national Passive radar project, here is a sensitivity to not leaking information to open sources.

EO and SAR surveillance capabilities from the air and on the ground have also advanced to a level that we could not have imagined a few years ago.

While components such as T/EIRS, SIPER, HISAR-O, Kartal National Warning, Command and Control System etc are contineu to integrating into the whole-system; a multi-layered, multi-dimensional A2AD ability will be acquired, completely tailored according to our own doctrines and geography.

Really nice summary..

Yes I read about it a bit ago.

Why is Turkey bragging about Hisar and Siper and yet also wants to buy SAMP-T?

And also having S-400?

And Erdoğan wants it fast too.

The more the merrier
