I was born in late 80s and I have watched many TV series. Here is my top 3 list based on storylines, great writing and connection to the day to day affairs
1. The Sopranos
Hands down. The all time best. James Gandolfini and David Chase duo left an incredible legacy in the TV industry. Every episode feels like a movie.
2. The Wire
Real gangster and drug culture, tells about the African American lives, and police and politicians approach.
3. Waris
The best storyline I have seen in a Pakistani drama.
