The Formula1 in India

Any Idea who is the co-driver of Paul di Resta in 2013??

It's not been announced yet, seems to be between Jules Bianchi, Bruno Senna and Adrian Sutil (familiar name with FI).

For some reason Vijay mallay is taking his sweet time making the decision.

I heard some rumors about Bianchi and Sutil, but never about Bruno Senna. He is not nearly as talented as his late uncle Ayrton Senna.I will Adrian Sutil. He's been with the team like forever. But this rather unusual, they should've announced this long ago.

Agreed, but Senna seems to have some serious financial backing. Case in point- Senna was taken on by larger teams like Lotus (Renulat) and then Willams whilst his (IMHO) more talented team-mate from HRT who started their F1 careers together Karun Chandock was forced out of the sport because he didn't have the funds/sponsorship to pay for a seat in better teams. F1 are desperate for all the funds they can get so if Bruno can bring serious cash with him then maybe FI will go for him. I've heard he's in the running atleast

Sutil would have been the right choice i guess.... He already know the team well...

I am sure Sutil is gonna have good time with Force india this year...... But the issue is both the owner's of force india is in financial trouble..... ..

Formula1 is back... & it's looking promising for Force India this season. Both Sutil & Di Resta had top 10 finish.. 7th & 8th in today's Australian grand prix. Good stuff

GREATER NOIDA: Savouring their stupendous series-win over Australia, six Indian cricketers, including skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni, on Monday spent time driving on the Buddh International Circuit here, country's only Formula One track.

Dhoni rode his 'X132 Hellcat', which he bought last year, on the 5.14km long circuit. The Indian captain is known for his passion for high-speed mean machines and even owns a team in FIM Supersport World Championship.

Batting legend Sachin Tendukar, who had waved the chequered flag during the inaugural Indian Grand Prix in 2011, had a taxi ride as a BIC official drove him around the free-flowing circuit.

Paceman Ishant Sharma brought his own Audi RX5 while young batsman Virat Kohli also drove a sports car.

Spinner Pragyan Ojha rode Dhoni's bike as well as drove Ishant's car. Ajinkya Rahane also tasted high speed action.

Dhoni, who visited the BIC for the first, time rued his delayed visit to the circuit.

"It was an amazing experience. I think I am a bit late to come here. But surely I will come during the Super Sports series races. Driving Hellcat was good but will bring a sports bike next time around," Dhoni said.

Kohli was also delighted as he said," It was one of the best experiences. I have never driven so fast."

The Indian team yesterday completed a historic 4-0 clean sweep over Australia by recording a six-wicket win in the fourth and final Test at the Feroze Shah Kotla stadium.
