Does anybody know what the revolvered gun is? and vehicle?
I think its like a recoileess gun. Maybe revolvered mortar.

That's most likely a grenade launcher, not a mortar or recoilless gun. Quite possibly anti-riot / crowd control equipment (teargas canister launcher), like e.g. Norinco 38mm anti riot revolver launcher.

I saw you were looking for info on this in February already.
