SULTAN SHAHAB UDDIN GHAURI

No they were not forced 99 % converted to Islam with their free will
there is nothing much difference in what you and me said, both made statements without any proof. the point is he attacked and invaded Pakistan and India ,why would any Pakistani or Indian make him a hero.

No one was force 99 % converted from their free will majority saw the truth of Islam and accepted it.

BS. Just watch the TV and see how the Yazidis in Iraq/Syria are being forced to convert or die. Watch how the innocent women and girls are being sold as sex slaves....This is happening in 2015. At least there are cameras and video to highlight this. At least there is something called the UN and the West to show this. Back centuries ago in India there was nothing to record this via media. There was nothing to stop this but the call to take arms. Sad...you don't realize you and others in South Asia are the progeny of raped slaves.

He was a great man. Gharib Nawaz's work would not have been possible without the support of a king like Ghauri

I am not talking about ISIS jokers I am talking about South Asia. ISIS are nothing but Khawarij

No they don't they are doing things which are against Quran and Sunnah.

Bro...many Muslims are cheering for ISIS. Just take a look at this site and you will see for yourself. The Quran and Sunnah has been interpreted many different ways over the centuries to suit the specific needs of a specific moment. Nothing different here. ISIS represents Islam....

u r from where???

Well,
1. ISIS doesn't represent Islam and that can be proven from clear Quranic verses as well as practices of Holy Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) and His companions (May ALLAH be pleased with them). Merely saying yourself a Muslim and raising a black lancer with Kalma Tayyibah written over it doesn't make you a Muslim. Majority of Muslims all over the world condemn their actions and are troubled more than the non-Muslims. Like Al-Qaedah, ISIS is yet another plot to defame, capture (indirect method) and attack (direct method) Muslim countries one by one. So taking ISIS as representative of Islam is either ignorance or a cruelty.
2. Foreign fighters have been invading South Asia for centuries. This part of the world has seen a lot of blood since times unknown. Yes, Muslim (Foreign) fighters have invaded South Asia a number of times but no evidence is present for forceful religious conversion. Spread of Islam can be one of the after effects of these invasions but can't be termed forceful. In fact, these invaders were followed by Muslim Saints like Hazrat Bahaudin Zikria Multani, Hazrat Daata Ganj Bakhsh Ali Hajveri, Khwaja Ghareeb Nawaz, Baba Fareed Ganj Shakar and many others who can be credited for spread of Islam through their preaching and self-less service towards humanity etc.

He led the path towards the creation of a Muslim empire in the subcontinent which in turn in the future led to our existence as the Islamic state of Pakistan as well as the Muslim state of Bangladesh and the huge amounts of Muslims in India.

One can argue that had he not paved the way there was a good chance that the subcontinent would not have seen muslin empires.

As for forced conversions. The mughals ruled nearly all of modern day India at the height of their power and yet India is a major Hindu nation. If forced conversions were the way then at the height of their power all Hindus should have been killed or converted to Muslims. However we have seen mass conversions taking place in places where the saints were found in huge numbers like eastern Pakistan. Some leaders may have employed a harsher tactic against the conquered which would have led to conversions as well.

As on topic shahabuddin ghauri led the path towards the creation of Muslim empires in the subcontinent. The slave dynasty holds great rich value in our history.
