Suicide Bomber explodes himself on a private Bank in Islamabad

RIP to dead

What is limit of Pakistan government to start action against these terrorists?
If i am not wrong this what called pressure on Pakistani government for operation in NW.

Prime Minister Gilani has taken notice of the fresh wave of terror hits.

13 June,2011 About 1 hour ago

He has directed to deal with terrorists with iron hands. The interior Minister Rehman malik has announced to award Sitara-e-Shujaat to the bank guard. The PM has asked the interior minister to take steps to preempt such attacks.

President Zardari, Prime Minister Gilani, Chairman Senate Farooq H Naik and Interior Minister Rehman Malik have condemned the suicide attack in I-8 bank.

This is what called irresponsibility, you know a proverb "Hanooz Delhi door ast" but here "Delhi qareeb as"

Mr. Prime minister took notice only when terrorism entered into capital but before there were no action taken when killed 39 people in Pishawar.

PATHETIC, PATHETIC, PATHETIC, SELFISHNESS. These are politicians whom our Pakistani people selected for government.

Thankyou CIA

But interesting thing is that many people believe that a rag tag group like TTP can launch attacks on such large and massive scale against a nation of 180 million people without any official support of any hostile country. Anyways you just hit the nail buddy.

Look at who owns Silkbank and one has to wonder

I didnt know about Silkbank but this is what I found on their site

On September 15, 2001, under the supervision of the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), the institution then known as the Prudential Bank was acquired by the management and associates of the Saudi Pak Industrial and Agricultural Investment Company (Pvt) Ltd (SAPICO)

On March 31, 2008, a Consortium comprising of IFC, Bank Muscat, Nomura International and Sinthos Capital- which was led by senior bankers Shaukat Tarin and Sadeq Sayeed - acquired an 86.55% stake in Saudi Pak Commercial Bank for around USD 213 million or USD 0.47 per share (PKR 29.3 equivalent per share). Saudi Pak was rebranded as Silkbank Limited on June 1, 2009. Under the new leadership the bank will continue to focus on SME & Consumer financing resulting in efforts of increased profitability.

so what can one make of this , just another sucide attack or carefully selected target ?

Don't forget that even then President Musharraf has 5 terrorist attempts on his life, one of which was at Quetta.

Musharraf used the Pakistani Army to fight radical Mullah teachers and students at the Red Madrassa in Islamabad. They had a days long bloody shootout to clean out, for the moment, the terrorist radical Mullah teachers and the brain washed to be suicide bombers boys and girls in their teens. Once children are turned into radicals they are as dangerous as any other terrorist when they are shooting at you!

Yes the GOP and PA have been slow to act. But they remain your best hope of saving some shreads of democracy vs. radical Islamic insanity and a religious dictatorship worse than the one now in Iran. And Iran is pretty bad...Iranian Army turned out around 30,000 troops over this past weekend in Tehran to try to squash another huge young people's walking protect in rememberance of protests against the Iranian Presidential election of 2009.

So what you are saying is that the Afghan Taliban could not have been strong unless without the backing of a hostile nation which would most like point to Pakistan right?

You guys were able to bomb out the Taliban regime from Kabul , Kandahar and pretty much all over Afghanistan in matter of weeks meaning that the afghan Taliban were never really a very big military force in a conventional sense in the first place, so what happened after that ? Why were you not able to bring closure to the conflict?
I'll tell you why because bringing peace and stability to Afghanistan was not your real objectives, you wanted a foot hold in the region and 9/11 gave you that opportunity, yes opportunity, to justify the invasion of Afghanistan.

Since the invasion you have done very little to bring closure to the conflict , the huge bases you have in Afghanistan tell a tale that you have no intention of leaving that country and from there you intend to continue to destabilize Pakistan.

The fact that Pakistan is the only nuclear armed Muslim country is thorn in your eyes and more so it’s a thorn in the eyes of a bunch of land thieves who were planted in the middle east.

To create public opinion for the North Waziristan operation once again the series of bomb blasts started, the rule of traitors can not save people, only solution is the establishment of the Khilafah

Khilafah is pure trash and junk, an attempt to destroy democracy in it's localized form in Pakistan, Afghanistan, and elsewhere in SW Asia, Africa, etc.

Afghanistan is hardly of interest to anyone other than the Afghans, landlocked, lacking in natural resources, backward by religious influence, loose tribal rule by region. The ex-Taliban government, of which President Karzai was a Taliban cabinet member in the old days, moved Afghanistan further back into the stone age.

Opium the main cash crop.
