Stupid & Funny from Around the World :Continued

Very stupid indeed. For anyone following the competition, it was obvious that the Indians in thier typical overconfident bluster were being show-offs and we're pushing the tanks beyond their limits in early part of the competition making the tanks very vulnerable to breakdowns, which they did.

And which automotive mechanic's rule book says that maximum RPM and Torque means the fan belts would fly? Or the oil would leak?

Do you have a better answer? Sabotage by the Chinese, black magic, failure to translate Russian manuals, bad Indian assembly of Russian tanks etc.

If the belt came off, that means the belt itself is culprit or the belt tensioner was lose.
Normally its the belt. Should have been changed when entered into the participation.

On the second tank, it was a total oil loss.
Could have been the silicone/rubber O ring on the oil pan drain plug.
Should have been changed too.

Negligence?
Most probably.
