Raymond Davis' wife speaks to AP

Nope, I was talking about anywhere in the world. Not just in Pakistan. You have also conveniently chopped up my full question. The question asked was:

Out of curiosity I wonder what would happen if the situation were to take place in China. Would US even invoke diplomatic immunity (I think maybe). Question is would The PRC punish RD if the situation happened there. That im unsure of, though I'm leaning towards that PRC would actually punish RD...

Nope, I was talking about anywhere in the world. Not just in Pakistan. You have also conveniently chopped up my full question. The question asked was:
"Are you implying that any secret agents working on foreign soil can have guns and shoot to kill anyone they deem a threat and may get away with it freely"
any where in the world is a broad term...one has to consider the situation and the threats that is inherent of the place the agent works.....
you may bring in the India question.....India does not have a gun culture. anyone just cant go and get a gun licence like in other countries say like Pakistan--where you guys who are here on PDF boast of having automatic rifles and i do remember there was a thread titled "whats in your gun locker?" .... thats what i ment by "doesnt pakistan have a gun culture" thinking that my point woul be automatically understood.
some examples in this same forum which shows that pakistan has gun culture

http://www.defence.pk/forums/general-defence/15813-whats-your-gun-locker-5.html
in India no one would be asking such a question

he is an agent in a terror torn nation....your security agencies themselves are getting attacked by terrorists...then why would an ---that it self gives him the necessity of having a weapon......and yes he has used it as a self defence mechanism which in any court of law is not punishable.....

He and his network and his contacts in Pakistan or any participants are a matter, a very serious matter. A matter that undermines Pakistan's security. Yes there are other issues that need to be addressed. This will be a dark page in the history of Pakistan. I'm surprise ISI alone couldn'thave stepped in (pressure GoP)and taken care of this matter as it should have been done. Perhaps it's reflective of of the red lines.

If the ISI gets some leverage over the CIA with the release of RD, I see this as a good outcome. Frankly, I think that the ISI-CIA relationship has soured beyond repair, the ISI wants less CIA involvement & operations inside Pakistan, the CIA is looking for alternative supply routes (which might affect the whole WOT for them adversely, in terms of fewer drone strikes inside Pakistan, delayed operations inside Afghanistan), the CIA has already left the Pakistani base where they launched the drones from, the CIA is trying to tarnish the reputation of the CIA because it is clearly fed up with it.

The premise of your point is invalid. It is reported that it is the CIA backing rogue elements and terror groups inside Pakistan. Now you being a Hindian troll wouldn't understand that.
