I think it would be a good addition to this website just as there are push notifications for fb. If a person is on some other website, push notification would let us know quickly about the ongoing updates or debate or text message from anyone. Yes there are push notifications when one is on PDF, but one has to always be on PDF for that. So I suggest push notifications for PDF on window browsers.
