WTH...

What kind of design is it?

Very odd looking plane - really odd ... show how silly it was for PAF to think it could go from never having designed a plane in Pakistan - to a 5th Generation plane. Utter madness.

Turkey shows the right way to build up you aerospace industry from the ground up..
Looks like YF-23 PAV-1 so not that odd and YF23 was more stealthier than YF22. I first heard Chendgu aeronautical complex working on something similar back in 2017 so most probably PAF is getting help from them in this design. And the project is long term PAF is looking at a timeframe of 2030-35 for operationalization.

You're right thank you for pointing it out. I cant edit the post anymore unfortunately.

Well I think it's the building for the National Aerospace and Technology Park. Now what that is supposed to do, I dont know. Only vague and lofty goals have been stated:

Excellence Through Innovation
National Aerospace Science and Technology Park (NASTP) is an integral project of Aviation City Pakistan, being developed as Pakistan's first Aerospace Cluster and Smart City around PAC Kamra and PAF Base Minhas. NASTP envisions setup of a state-of-the-art Special Technology Zone (STZ) housing high tech aerospace technologies design centers, public and private, national & international Aviation Industry, MRO facilities for commercial & military aircraft, Aviation Logistics, Expo Centers and Advanced Vocational Training Institutes. NASTP is creating a world class environment for bolstering potential of excellence driven and innovative minds of Pakistan.

Apparently it's meant to be the main design building and supposedly meant to be completed by the end of August this month

What's funny is that the Aviation City area is supposedly turned into a housing scheme and no further construction has been done since... only a tiny bit of progress on that one building above

Please do not be precise recently Pak-Turk agreement for production of KAAN jet parts in Pakistan is a big example that PAF is moving towards right direction though slow or with some sort of questionable approach. 200 Pak engineers cooperating with Turks in their own country and many techs/engineers have gotten practical training over the years since start of JF project. PAF perhaps shall go for medium and long term projects. In medium term with KAAN and in long term with own stealth fighter.

Watched the whole part about NASPT and still don’t know what in the world they are setting out to achieve in actual technology or product terms other than constructing buildings and renting out office space.

Same brother same.

Project AZM is most likely to be either the Chinese version of the F35 or the Turkish KAAN. another 5 years required for maturity/ induction.

They literally have notices printed out on the doors with prices of how much they can be rented for. It's not looking good. Seems more like a real estate project.

I get the feeling there is still a significant lack of competent organisational structure and leadership.

Nowhere close to 5 years... this is 2040+ for induction

Seem azm is converted too kaan
It is not unlikely that AZM could become a MMU (national combatant aircraft program) fork with a Pakistani interpretation and technical know-how. In the long run, I still expect a wide range of variants with a common infrastructure as much as possible.

I think that in the future, the big companies and institutions that drive our aviation industries will establish an umbrella JV in the form of an international company structure. For better competing globally.

Yes. Xi has already done so. In China. Each black international student enjoys a monthly subsidy of 29000 yuan. Please note that~ every black international student, every month......

You can request Xi to send black people to concentration camps. But you cannot deny it ~Xi really loves you.

Maybe anti-China performance will make you look fashionable. But getting 29000 yuan per month is even better. Isn't it?
