Well, that Pakistan Inc.
Bajwa created it and now jealously guarding it. I am sure the next COAS Mian Sanp would select , be expected to guard it with even more jealously. That would be the first condition by the "FAT Controller", I am certain of it.
But there is a cavet, the past record shows that when FAT Controller appoint a hand picked COAS, after a little while he develops deep rift with him.
