PLA reveals details of Z-10 attack helicopter, 'superior to foreign counterparts’

What the **** is "computer vision"?

A technology taking off in the US where computers using cameras can analyze an environment and identify everything.

This is used in supermarkets to identify a person and the particular items they pick off a shelf and self driving cars that use just cameras to navigate the streets.

Soon this will be put in missile seekers and when some helicopter starts dropping chaff or flares the computer vision system is not likely to be fooled. It will understand exactly what they are and ignore it.
