Tianjin has changed a lot while maintaining well many of its colonial buildings. The new buildings are equally fantastic. The whole city's layout is very well planned.

They have a "crazy" porcelain house. I dont like it!

Some years ago I was in the city they had a very short metro subway. I dont know if they have extended the construction of the metro subway now

Yes the subway extended and raise a lot of praise but I had no use of it,I prefer the scenery first.

Crystal Palace Hotel Tianjin is a 4 star hotel in the City. It is situated by Hai River (haihe 海河）

马场道 Machang Dao (Horse Race Road) on the left - a must see for tourists

Is that a building in the Tianjin Foreign Studies University campus？

This is not Tianjin Foreign Studies University,just an ordinary middle school.
Here is it and Ma Chang road nearby.

Crystal Palace Hotel is not situated by Hai River.This is real crystal palace,hehe.

Tianjin has transformed to an excellent place. The transformation from a dusty city covered with coal powder to current state in such a short time frame is commendable.

Do you know one famous hotel that locates near Hai He?

There are some really nice family styled restaurants along Ma Chang Road. Try some of them there!

At some of the Tianjin hotels they have bicycles on lease to their guests. It is a good way to tour around the inner Tianjin city on bike.

Astor Hotel and Hyatt are premiere hotels in Tianjin. Especially the former, an antique. I think they locate within the financial district and they are pretty close to each other.
