Afghans could never resolve their tribal and other differences. Even in their best of times--when there was a 'king' ruling through the mid 70's. They achieved so little because of that.
While in Pakistan, there have been female Prime Minister, female Speaker NA, Shia PM and President, Seraki PM, Sindhi PM and President, Pashtun President and Army Chief, Baluch PM, Mohajir Army Chiefs, Hindu and Parsi judges in the highest courts.... In various combinations the minorities--not just religious, but also ethnic/linguistic--have showed that Pakistanis are indeed far more advanced in the concept of 'nationhood'.

I find it insulting that you are comparing a country like Afghanistan to Pakistan .

hmmm if that was the case then Afghan refugees should flee from Pakistan and return back to their homeland. Nothing is better than your home but why are they not going back if its that safe in Afghanistan?

As far as i know GDP per capita in Afghanistan is much lower than Pakistan and besides some pro-western lobbies most of the Afghanis are starving to eat. There is a huge business for smuggling and Afghan nations are simply making a lot of money by smuggling products from Afghanistan to Pakistan.

There is no logical reason to compare Afghanistan with Pakistan

There have always been deep cultural links between the two countries...let people travel freely in between Pakistan and Afghanistan...Blind nationalism in both countries will lead all of you to the path of ruin.

Being Patriotic is good but blind Nationalism is a curse,,,...thats why Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) cursed nationalism...and it later it was proved right Ottoman empire was destroyed by Arab nationalism ........both are brotherly nations and should work together for peace and stability in the region

There is very little deifference between Pakistan and Afghanistan. One man can cross a border and be a Pakistan and then Afghani next day.

Actually there is a huge difference between Afghanistan and Pakistan; in terms of culture, history, language, customs, cuisine, mentality, values ect.
