i want to ask the learned members of this forum to assist me in the following case:

if a graduate applies for pma long course or pnc (pak navy cadet) i.e 2yrs course in army or navy does he get captain's rank due to his bachelors qualification or do he start the same way as every other i.e. 2nd lieutenant or mid-ship man. (in short does he get any advantage due to his degree)

this could be for just a photo op

This picture is of Chinese Army and the gun is a specially designed underwater gun which fires a very long projectile, based on a Russian design.
