In-form opener Mohammad Rizwan blazed an unbeaten half-century as Pakistan defeated hosts Zimbabwe by 11 runs in the first Twenty20 International at the Harare Sports Club on Wednesday.

Player of the Match Rizwan played a lone hand for his team with 82 not out as they posted 149 for seven in their 20 overs.
The home side, who have not qualified for the T20 World Cup in India later this year, were always just behind the rate and could only manage 138 for seven in reply.

After being sent in to bat, the Pakistan innings was dominated by Rizwan, whose unbeaten 82 came from 61 balls. No one else scored more than 15, with off-spinner Wesley Madhevere the pick of the home bowling attack with 2-11 from two overs.
Craig Ervine top-scored in the Zimbabwe reply with 34, but he was out to leg-spinner Usman Qadir (3-29), who also claimed the key wicket of home captain Sean Williams (9). Usman is the son of former Pakistan great Abdul Qadir and made his debut in the recent series in South Africa.

Zimbabwe were without their most experienced batsman Brendan Taylor, who pulled out of the game with a stomach bug.
The second match in the three-game series will be played at the same venue on Friday. The limited-overs fixtures will be followed by two Tests.

Is there any deal between cricket boards of Zimbabwe and pakistan ?

Playing two teams because of NO entry in IPL.... During the IPL, no one wants to play any international cricket tournament.

Just like any other domestic T20 tournament, when there are international series, players leave the tournament, regardless if it's IPL or CPL. Obviously, with Covid, there are a reduced number of series scheduled compared to previous years.

Not just past 2 years - Please check the past 14 years.

No big cricket tournament happened, happens and will happen if IPL is scheduled.

it's a mutual understanding between India, ICC, and the other cricket boards except for Pakistan because cricketers are not allowed.

When did I mention international tournaments? Speaking strictly of international series, typically which are bilateral but occasionally they are trilateral.

Also, without further research, I assume you've checked the dates of the tournaments before making the claim regarding the schedule clashes. After all, there is a lot of fake news emanating from India.

That's what! No bilateral was/is/will be scheduled because of the mutual understanding between India, ICC, and other cricket boards. When the planning for cricket calendars for upcoming years they leave a time window for IPL....

And, it is proven already. check the past 14 years of IPL history.

Not true, one example I remember is England vs Sri Lanka 2014, the series began whilst the IPL was still in progress.

Regardless, it's not in the interests of any cricket board to schedule their T20 competition if it clashes during the same timeframe as an international tournament because their own national players would be playing for their country in that tournament as well as the best foreign players, which would drastically reduce the commercial viability of the comp. It's a different matter for third party bilateral series, like the one I cited above as they don't relate to the host country's players.

Yes, even I remember but money talks. More than 70% of the money comes from India.... So it is mutual understanding to not scheduled any match during the IPL window.

Yes, that's mostly because a similar % of the cricketing fanbase are from India. As shown, matches do take place during the IPL and just confirmed, the IPL was scheduled slightly later in 2011 to complete the WC.
