Adviser to Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on National Security and Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz has said that Pakistan will not hold any dialogue with India without the water and the Kashmir issues as topics for discussion.

According to Dawn News, Aziz said that Pakistan wants to maintain tension-free relations with India even if cordial terms are not possible.

Aziz’s statement came as he spoke to media representatives in Islamabad after an inauguration of the 10th meeting of heads of the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (Saarc) countries.

Aziz also said that Pakistan will take up India’s anti-Pakistan statements with the United Nations’ Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon.

Last week, Prime MinisterNarendra Modiin an address at Dhaka University blamed Pakistan for spreading terrorism in India.

Logically Pakistanis should talk about water issues which will have greater effect on them in near future but na have to stick Kashmir in it.

As if India seems interested in talks by any stretch of imaginations. Conditions apply may be put only after India dropping hints.

india is happy doing business with rest of the SAARC countries , BBIN regional connectivity & more cooperation with sri-lanka , myanmar & afghanistan is what we are looking at , this is modi govt not UPA to waste time over useless talks which won't fetch anything else except a good photo op & wastage of chai , biscuit.
