Really PN should had played its own role in development of Gawadr port like letting the GoP to put there $1.3 Billions in it in 5 years time and along with some more to develop a Pakistan Naval Base there with 3 Mega Ship Yards along with some facilities of Naval Base in Ormara which is already a smaller Naval Bae, which might increase the whole cost to about $2 Billions in total. But this would have significantly move it ahead due to security presence and GoP should have formed up Gawadar Port Authority with experienced people from KPT and Port Qasim to operate there.
