Pakistan Army Small Arms Training Ranges

Does Pakistan Army have any International Standard Live Fire Small Arms and Rifle Training Outdoor or Indoor Ranges with auto scoring abilities, pop up targets, moving targets, sheltered firing pits etc? I know that the Army has assorted ranges in the units that have outdated targets using cardboard figurines in which bullet holes are slapped with glue paper & these figurines are held by 'Baans' Poles etc. I have yet to see a state-of-the-art small arms firing range anywhere in the Army in particular and armed forces in general. Am I wrong or right? What say you folks?

As far as Armed Forces go, there's definitely Karsaz Range in Karachi.
And I've heard of a range in Jhelum.

Pakistan Navy’s 21st National Shooting Championship – 2014 closing ceremony

Karachi, January 06, 2014 (PPI-OT): The National Shooting Championship 2014 was held at Pakistan Navy Shooting range, PNS BAHADUR from 01st to 06th January 2014.

About 250 shooters from Pakistan Army, Navy, Air Force, Punjab, Sindh, FRA, HEC and KPK are participating in this championship. The competitors are contending in total 22 events which include 10 pistols, 8 Rifles and 3 shot gun events for both men and women including juniors. All events are being conducted on the specifications of International Sports Shooting Federation.

Navy emerged as an overall winner with 19 most gold medals in the championship. Navy won Gold in Prone rifle (women), Rapid fire pistol, Air Rifle (Men) Junior, Air Rifle (women) Junior, Centre Fire Pistol, Air pistol (Men) Junior, 50 mtr free pistol, Air Rifle (Women) and 3x position rifle events of the championship. Pak Army grabbed 10 Gold medals while Sindh remained at 3rd position with 3 gold medals.

The Championship commenced on 1st January 2014 at Pakistan Navy Shooting Range under the organization of Sindh Rifle Association. Shakeel Babar of Sindh Rifle Association is Chairman Organizing Committee 21st National Shooting Championship 2014.

The Navy Range at Karsaz is a sporting competition indoor/ outdoor range & not a combat training range.

Armed forces generally require custom built marksmanship ranges as per its combat syllabus to judge the efficacy of soldiers on different types of in-service and specialized weapons. Most Pakistan Army ranges at Tillah, Rawalpindi, Panu Aqil, Lahore, Sialkot etc are very antiquated and without any automation.

None of the armed forces at this time have a live fire range of that caliber. Which is a shame really!
