Air Force academy of Iraq receive PAC Super Mashak trainer jets. Iraqi academy will get Flight Instruction training support , Spares & Maintenance as part of the deal.

Pakistan has delivered first two of 12 ordered MFI-17 Super Mushak trainers to Iraqi Air Force.

The two countries signed the $33 million deal in February 2021 from Pakistan Aeronautical Complex (PAC). They were delivered to Iraq on 19 April 2023.

The aircraft will be operated by 205th Training Sqn at Al Balad Air Base.
