PAF Motorway Operations 2019

Yes maintenance. I understand, was just making it clearer.
Surely not dude, we see a solitary F-7P, Mirage-5 and I'm sure fielding an F-16 wouldn't require visiting any maintenance depot....they are maintaining daily ADA and CAPs.

What I meant is that Vipers require maintenance in a specific manner, hence deployments of any sorts require specific measures. I have slightly a better idea, I worked with Vipers on ground/flight tests. However, I understand your point of view regarding ADA and CAPs.

Nice share @Windjammer

Pakistan has landed an F-16 on the motorway before; September 22,2016. Current defense posture vis a vi Indian Forces maybe to account for placing F-16s at key bases, and not deploying them for exercises during the current period of heightened alert. Also F-16s maybe diverted for the Feb 27 air shows and so spreading the Falcon Force thin could be a risk the PAF doesn’t want to take.

IIRC we haven't yet seen JF-17s land/take off from motorways either. So, is this something to do with our more modern aircraft?
