I had been refered to CMH when i applied in FSC due to deformated one testicle due to harnia which they said should be operated to remove harnian. But i had an operate 2 years later from a private hospital and now i have one degenrated tedticle and i want to apply for PMA bachelor based do this problem will cause any rejection???
