On this day, Two IAF Migs are shot down

jnaab baaki saaree baato ko chorro bass yoon samjh lo ki ek "zinda quam" apne dushman ki kuwwat ko kaise maan le aakhir "quami shaaroor aur quami ghairat" bhee to koi cheez hai :sarcastic:

Bhai nahi manna hain toh na mane. Kargil main Tiranga, Dhaka main Red & Green lehra raha hain. Par jhooth toh na bole aur woh bhi itni baar ki google par pehla hi number pai aa jaye.:lol::lol:

Forget it.
I am sure in heart of hearts he knows the truth.

Nah ji main nahi manta.:tongue::tongue:

Its safe to assume Kargil war was the result of extreme poverty in Pakistan at that time. A play to lift the spirits and morale of the nation as the country faced worst economic situation. It has been done through much of history. This way the state can successfully divert the attention of its people from their conditions by giving them a bigger purpose and showing a grander picture of life. Individuals seeing themselves as citizens of a country that is fighting a battle of survival with an enemy country is much more romantic than mundane routine of income and expenditure.

problem again is that there patriotism which is not letting them get at ease after they annalise what they lost and what the got out of kargil misadvanture in a way so called WOT is not the real cause of spurt in terrorism in pkaistan rather it is the loss of trust for higher generals and staff in the minds of low and middle ranking officers and jawaans and there so called "strategik assets" + the biggest loss was the free and un accounted US AID and weapon supplies and last but not the least the sympathy and support from western nations for there so called "legitimate cause" .... rest you can speculate yourself ..... cheers mate

It has nothing to do with patriotism but with the inferiority complex. Wars happen, you win some, you lose some. Nobody in India denies the fact that India lost the war in 1962. No conspiracies, Nehru and Menon were directly responsible. Though severly outnumbered and outgunned Indian Army did try to put up a fight and that was the only saving grace from that defeat.

Let's leave it at that.

@Windjammer Provide sources for your claims. @Irfan Baloch nothing insulting or objectionable here. Simply showing google search and asking for sources for the claims made.
