Offtopic: Is Msc CS equivalent to BSCS? What is the job scope for Msc CS?

Hey guys,
I have done Bsc and thinking of doing Msc CS.
I want to know will I be able to get a job in industry after Msc CS?
Plus, what are the chances of further education after Msc? Is it equivalent to BSCS course offered by most universities?

Are you Pakistani or Indian.... In India MCA (Masters in Computer Application ) holds more value than Msc.

Bsc.CS will be the basic while MCA goes deep into development,
