Congress is using all its English & other language skills to denigrate the BJP & Modi .

The truth is that they are sh1t scared. The provincial elections in MP, Chattigarh , Delhi anr Manipur (?) will serve as an precursor to 2014. Of these states, the BJP will definitely will in the first two & has much more than a fighting chance in Delhi.
