in modern times, other than the classical style spoken urdu used by poets and a few people like me, there are two main urdu dialects in south india - (a). hyderabadi urdu, (b). bangalore urdu.

i don't know urdu script but somehow my spoken urdu remains the classical one, without much influence of the two south indian dialects.

in 2006, a hyderabadi urdu film called "the angrez" was released but slowly it became a cult film... it started a genre called "hyderabadi films" which are low-budget, use hyderabadi urdu and are set in the muslim situations in hyderabad... they are essentially comedy films... watch this film...

And why gaddafi used to wear sarees.

I really didnt know south indians could have even ittsiest bitsiest clue of urdu and that classical one. Like how on earth. There are few urdu letters that are not even part of sanskrit phonetics so south indians dont even pronounce them clearly or well.

i don't know about nato directly financing but it certainly allowed that port to be constructed by indian companies ( india is de facto nato member ) and to be used to ship nato supplies into afghanistan.

@jamahir bahi i have always known and understood the fact that usa has always supported shia version of islam. Fact is just as wahabism extreme ideology is bad shias specially iranians version is horribly sick. I have observed that many ppl arent aware of this fact.
