Military Think Tanks Organization of Pakistan

Just wanted to know any Military Think Tanks organization exists in Pakistan ? We have seen so many Military think tanks organizations working along with Army, Airforce, Naval Headquarters but never seen any think tank ORG in Pakistan. Brasstack is something like think tank organization I believe (leave what objectives they have). In US particular, they have so many organizations of X-Military officers who present US future military policies to pentagon and have great influence in their military commands. Is anything like in Pakistan? IMO we don't have any policy regarding how we tackle any situation. Any power pressurize us to do what they want and our policy change on run-time. Is that's the reason we don't have any ?

Not sure, there was the one at NDU... and there was another one formed by retd officers. But considering that Shireen mazari also ends up penning a few of their publications, this is a private venture as such.
