The pilot looks really calm and composed (which he is) and tension free, but behind that helmet and visor, there are a million things going on in his head.

I met a person associated with the flying crew of Al-Fursan, UAEAF Aerobatics team, and he explained alot of intricacies in these maneuvers (even though Al-Fursan only does formation flying and not stuff like Thunderbirds etc)
