VolumeZero is one of Dhaka's newer architectural design houses with less than a decade of portfolios. But this atelier already had several mid-rises in progress across Dhaka. Too many to count and I can't keep track of names. Most of the glass and steel designs are of course commercial buildings, headquarters of larger business firms in most cases. The residential mid-rises almost all have concrete/face-brick veneers. Renders follow in-between since these are almost all in the construction phase. However one can tell the photos apart.

What a tragi-comic Cluster-F*** that is the Dhaka Sadar Ghat Launch Terminal. This is from 2006. Being in Old-Dhaka, this is the ugly underbelly of the city. Hope things change soon but not holding my breath. Sorry for the OT post and Rant.
