Most of the time, Post Soviet Russian Equipment is "Deadly" and "Best in the world" untill it is put into battle.
Case in point Modern Flanker Variants, Modern Fulcrum Variants, S-300, T90s. Specially in case when it is used by other nations.
On paper specs of Russian weapon systems must be taken by grain of salt. Problem is that Russian Industrial Base and economy today is simply insufficient to support that scale of Weapon systems they claim in my opinnion
