Mardan university student killed over alleged blasphemy: police

Now i am sure this time also as usual some illiterate and morally bankrupt molvi is behind this.
Wake up pakistan the extremists and terrorists are not just near afghan border or in the form of ISIS or taliban ,they are in fact living at your next door.
We need to kill this religious mindset from our society and also need to expose the true identity of these molvis.

Dimagh kharab hai in mullaho ka. Had ho gaye hain yar. What is this rubbish?! These mobs need to be slaughtered. How dare they take law into their hands? Jahil harami. Yahan par blasphemy charge child's play hain. Throw Quran pieces outside the house of your enemy and then shout blasphemy and watch the show. Most likely half of those burning or accusers were jealous of his achievements as apparently he was a model student.
That,s the reason this blasphemy law made by zia ul haq should be abolished.
This law is only used to take revenge from minorities in pakistan.

even then his crime was spreading etnic hatred but not blasphemy for which he has been murdered

i only stated the cause, not justifying it at all. i am completely against what he's doing.

well sir then kindly check what people following the same ideology are doing

The Communist Party of India (CPI) -- the most secular and non communal institution in South Asian polity, in fact, wholeheartedly supported the Muslim League (ML) and the Pakistan movement during 40s ... CPI not only supported the ML but also gave its own people like Sajjad Zaheer, Abdullah Malik and Daniyal Latifi to the League ... The League's entire election campaign in 1945-46 elections was stage managed in Punjab by the Communist Party of India ... And the ML manifesto for the elections was written by Daniyal Latifi (A member of CPI) ...

It made no difference if CPI joined ML,ML was bound to win CPI was a nobody then and even now. besides this does not give clean chit to libtards like bacha khan for there actions
moreover communism and secularism/liberalism are very different from each other

That was in response to your baseless assertion that the Leftist groups had always defied the idea of Pakistan.

It was the Religious Right that was opposed to the idea of Pakistan.

The rising popularity of Muslim League shattered the confidence of other parties, They became restless, and Maulana Madani (Rector of Dar ul Uloom Deoband and president of Jamiat e Ulema e Hind) called a meeting (Sept 1945) . The meeting was attended by over 150 delegates from different parties and they decided to oppose the League`s Agenda Tooth and Nail and formed a Muslim Parliamentary Board

(Deoband Ulemas Movement for freedom of India by Dr. Farhat Tabassum , p.158)

The president of the Jamiat-ul-Ulema, Husain Ahmad Madani, went on to issue a fatwa in October 1945 declaring it haram for Muslims to join the Muslim League ... But the Muslims of India ignored the senior most Mullahs (the pillars of Islamic orthodoxy) and voted for ML ...

The universal opposition of virtually every significant religious group in Undivided India, indeed the entire Muslim religious establishment to Jinnah's Pakistan movement and the Muslim League cannot be reconciled with any idea of religious origins of Pakistan. This is just one of many paradoxes that anyone who thinks of that the true reason for the creation of Pakistan was to establish a religious 'Islamic state', must unravel.

This is a very important point you raised. I will tell others what it means.

It means that like any other person the mullah too has a tendency to be bought and often this is far worse among mullahs than other groups of people. History is filled with mullahs being bought and when they are bought their struggle for Islam quickly disappears to be replaced by a struggle for their selfish selves (which involves wanting positions of power or wealth)... this causes a lot of problems.

In reality what has the JI done ever about the alliance with US. It is not even in the opposition. Instead it is doing dirty politics. The US is an excuse, a game for it. It is completely

Here are examples of mullahs

Ibn Abdul Wahab: He formed the current Saudi state but he was allied to the british and committed a lot of attrocities.

Maulana Abdul Kalam Azad: He stood against the muslim sentiment and tried his best to not allow Pakistan to be formed. He was with congress when almost all muslims were with muslim league.

The rest and JI's refusal to accept Pakistan you have already noted.

The power of the mullah can only end once we stop listening to them. Everyone interprets religion differently and there is no need for a middleman like the mullah to tell us how to pray and how to behave, humanity, each one of us is strong enough to seek a personal understanding of Islam which suits us. We can communicate with Allah Almighty personally.

Brother we accept that secular forces too have at times sold themselves to our enemies. But why not acknowledge the same tendency amongst mullahs? Why defend the status quo. The mullahs have brought us where we are today.

i am against both mullahs and liberals they have done no good to us pre independence and after the independence.
to me nationalism is the way forward we have done too much damage to this country by using religion and ethnicity

Of course there were a few "Exceptional" cases .... A very few Ulema (Ahraf Thanvi etc.) supported Pakistan Movement, and A very few leftist groups opposed Pakistan Movement.

But the fact remains that Pakistan Movement was fiercely opposed by the Religious Right and Orthodox Muslims, and was strongly supported (and spearheaded)by the Leftists and Moderate/Liberal/Secular Muslims.

and those few exceptional cases are still ruining the peace of our country in the form ANP and JI
and please dont put moderate muslims in the same category with seculars.
sara din Islam ko galiyan dy kr kehtay hain hum phir be muslmaan hain
you can find an atheist more patriot than these mullahs and libtards

Late Rafiullah Shehab writing in “The Nation” (September 11, 2001) stated: “Mr M. A. H. Ispahani, a close associate of the Quaid, who was present on the occasion writes about this important meeting in his famous book ‘The Quaid-e-Azam, as I Knew Him’ as under: ‘In course of the Parliamentary Board meeting at Lahore, I remember Mufti Kifayatullah and Maulana Hussain Ahmad Madni supporting Mr Jinnah and welcoming his move to bring the Muslim League in the arena of live politics but on the last day, one of these men of learning put forth the suggestion that to ensure success of the Muslim League as a party in the polls, effective and relentless propaganda would be necessary and for this purpose, (the ulema) of Deoband would place their machinery at the League’s disposal on the condition that the cost of the propaganda be borne by the League. At that time League was not in a position to arrange the required funds which disappointed the Maulanas and they drifted in the direction of the Hindu Congress.’ (Pages 23, 24.)

Historian Ashiq Hussain Batalvi also notes in his book “Allama Iqbal Kay Akhri Do Saal”, the inclination of the pro-Congress religious parties in Punjab to lend support to the Muslim League only if the funds were forthcoming.

William Gould in his book "Hindu Nationalism and the Language of Politics in Late Colonial India" writes "Congress donated Rs. 35000 to Muslim Parliamentary Board (formed by Maulana Madni , the rector of Darul uloom Deoband) for elections ....."

and those few exceptional cases are still ruining the peace of our country in the form ANP and JI

JI was not an Exceptional case... Maududi and his Jamat e Islami, like other religious parties, were strongly opposed to the idea of Pakistan and actively participated in Anti-Pakistan/Jinnah/ML campaign in 1940s
