You missed out Azad Kashmir. And then in Gilgit-Baltistan (Northern Areas) we do have places like Naltar, Deosai, Astore and Fairy Meadows which are lush green and/or forested. Then there's this weird concept of barren and rocky slopes but lush green valleys at the bottom, e.g. Skardu, Hunza, Khaplu, Hushe, Astor, Ghizer, etc., etc. Come to think of it, most of the valleys beyond Jaghlot are lush green.

actually people confuses name northern areas they call swat kaghan ajk murree side northern areas while northern areas term was only used for GB before its name ,, GB do have lush green forest but those are very few
