We need to upgrade our Shipyards to handle more Submarines
 
From above i can see that Mazagon Dock Limited shipyard is most hard working. Rest of 'em should also work like Mazagon.

@acetophenol BTW do these include the one which've been made on license from other countries? or are all of them total made in India product?

Ships are one area in which we have achieved considerable amount of indigenisation. Its the perhaps unique nature of Indian navy to use russian,Indian and western systems that has led to the navy's need for locally made ships.
