I think people have a bad image of the American burger, because of McDonald's or any other fast food restaurant.

but you hit up any random local burger joint you'll be surprised how much better a real burger tastes than fast food.

Yep McDonalds and KFC always end up last in ratings

Dunkin Donuts! love it when i was a kid. they're having tight competition with the indonesian counterpart too, the J-CO Donuts.

Krispy Kreme is awesome too, though i have no idea why it doesn't included on the list... though i have to agree with Dunkin Donuts. they've been around for so long and prevailed for a long time!
