Kashmiri leader arrested for hoisting Pakistani flag
SRINAGAR - Indian police have arrested senior Kashmiri leader Asiya Andrabi for raising Pakistani flag and making telephonic speech in the country.
Asiya Andrabi - the founding leader of Dukhtaran-e-Millat, has been held at Srinagar’s Ram Bagh police station along with another party leader Fehmida Soofi.
Last month, Asiya Andrabi hoisted the Pakistani flag and sang the country's national anthem with a group of women celebrating Pakistan's Independence Day in Indian-held Jammu Kashmir.
