i wonder can we use the u.s shell like M795 HE,M549A1 RAP and M864 DPICM on k-9 thunder or we can't ???

K 9 thunders are only good at killing themselves, hence the accident that cooked its own crew a few months ago

Yes you can. Else, you wouldn't be able e.g. to fire the same munition by SP and towed arty of 155mm.
