Jordan is doing a great job in the military industry. Btw is there going any potential costumers? Is the Jordanian army thinking of buying these APC's?

I think Jordan displays this upgrade to get costumers who would like to modify their old tanks into this Heavy Armored APC. Jordan had 293 Tariq MBT (upgraded Centurion) and modified them to MAP2 and Temsah APCs. Jordan did the same as Israel which modified it's old Merkava tanks into Namer APC:

That's actually a really good Idea. The limited resources has tought Jordan to be efficient and compact. A medium-sized, well equipped and well trained mobile Army. Alot better than other rich Arab countries which think the military is about numbers, stacking as much weapons as they can and keep them to collect dust. Yet some of the large arab armies are usually undertrained and have a logistics hell because they have multiple weapon types of the same class.

Your opinion is extremely skewed from the reality of the situation. We do not think military is about numbers, we never did. If you go over our assets one by one you will find that it is handled in the context of small number, highly mobile, highly trained army with Air Force predominance.

But the rich Arab countries in specific don't have large numbers at all, they are known of going for the best quality, you are right in the case of the former Libyan, Iraqi, and Syrian armed forces. As for training, you are right, they used to be poorly trained before. But as for now they are actually doing a great job. KSA armed forced has conducted five drills with Pakistani, Omani, Sudanese, GCC, and USA armed forced since the beginning of 2013.

Military is not built mainly for war but rather for DETERRENCE and influence, if GCC had todays armies in 1990, Saddam wouldn't have had dared attacking them. KSA paid $500 bn to cover war expenses which they would have avoided if they had strong army at the time.

We are developing our heavy industrial capability, on our military deals there is something called offset agreement, that 40% of ALL spending the company will invest back in local companies, this also includes transfer of technology.

Yes, they spend allot on buying stuff from abroad rather than investing in their defense sector. But developing decent self defense manufacturing capabilities is a long time process and GCC need those arms ASAP. Nevertheless, they started investing in their defense sectors, KSA is about to build whole arms industry cities and thousands of factories, UAE has made considerable milestones in this regard.
